HOW TO PLACE ORDERS

We except VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. Unfortunately we DO NOT except AMEX, cash or cheques

Rugutopia is hosted by Shopify which is one of the largest online Ecommerce platforms worldwide. We also use Paypal and Stripe to process your payments which have proven themselves to be safe and secure.

At Rugutopia we try to make it easy for you to order, simply add to cart the product you want, click on the shopping cart on top righ hand side of store and click CHECKOUT. After that there are just a few easy steps to follow and you are all set!

If you feel stuck or in need of help at anytime please chat to us via our chat system at bottom right hand side of page or write to us and we will get back to you promptly.

DELIVERIES

At Rugutopia we are working with our sister company Rug Station in W.A. Perth and if you would like for a pickup then please notify us of your nearest pickup location at any of our Rug Station retail stores via our delivery Instructions in your shopping cart and we will get your item ready for pickup and notify you within 2 working days.

Please note ONLY RUGS LEAVING FROM OUR W.A. WAREHOUSE ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IF YOU CHOOSE. all other orders leaving from NSW will be delivered to a street address.

All purchases above $99 qualifies under our free shipping category. If you don't qualify for free shipping than a standard $29.95 flat rate shipping is applied at checkout automatically.

At RugUtopia we are working with several suppliers in the Eastern States and W.A. and majority of orders will be coming from their warehouses.

It all depends on where you are ordering from and which warehouse your rug is located at but usually you are looking between 5-7 working days. Please note delivery time is estimates only and delays outside of our control may occur.

Our orders are shipped via various couriers. If tracking is provided by them we provide you with tracking numbers so that you may monitor its progress. If you have any further questions regarding tracking please email us on info@rugutopia.com.au

We use Couriers Please, Fastway, Hunter Express and Toll Ipec as our main distributers.

If for some very rare occasions we cannot justify the cost of the delivery because of your location in correlation with which warehouse your rug is coming from we will notify you of this, and give you an option of a small delivery fee or a full refund.

Yes the prices you see displayed is the final price you pay excluding shipping if applicable.
